The overgrown garden revisitied

Thank goodness for lots of rain and a very mild beginning to a Kansas summer.

The front yard is OBNOXIOUSLY over grown and I love it!
You can barely see the little bits of weird yard art Matt has everywhere. There's a wire fairy-thing in there somewhere.
just because it's pretty.
I love hostas. They are one of my favorite plants. We have all different kinds all over the front and back yard.
And yes, that used to be the driveway. It's much better as a garden.
Trust me.

Beautiful! I love hostas, too. Once a woman I worked with (who fancied herself a master gardener) dared to call hostas boring. How dare she!

Aidin is always so taken with the little fountain in the front. Saturday we heard it before we saw it. :)

So nice. I love those yards that are overgrown, but still organized and beautiful. :)

Great garden! It looks like you have some veggies going in the driveway -- who else can say that their driveway is so productive? :)

And it doesn't look overgrown to me -- just filled in. That keeps the weeds out!

I feel like taking a tour of it right now, in person. What edibles have you got growing? Any herbs?

Of the legal kind, is what I meant.

Your garden looks wonderful!

Let's see growing in our garden we have:
Basil
chives
Tomatoes
Peppers
beans
watermelon
gourds -so matt can turn them into weird yard art later

and lots of random sunflowers all over our yard.
