Remember when you were a kid and time moved so slowly.
A week was an eternity and summer lasted forever?

(One of my favorite 4th of July activities. Craftin' with the ladies)Lately, everything has been moving so quickly. Work is hectic as usual and home seems to be a constant barrage of dirty dishes, dirty laundry, and dirty house.
But in between all the "dirty" I've had time to sew (pictures soon), began making my own laundry soap, face scrub & deodorant and spending time with my small people. I'm also starting on a journey (cheesy I know but geesh, is there a better word? ).
See lately I've been mulling over my desire to change my way of life and how my family and I effect our world. I know this isn't a new concept in any way shape or form, but I can't think of a better place to document my attempts at change and what (and who) inspired them.
So hopefully, along with sewing projects, talking about my kids and crafty whatnots, this space will become a home for something.....more.
Or I could forget to write here for another 4 months.
Honestly, there's about a 50/50 chance either way.
