After a failed attempt at a different quilt, I desperately needed a pick me up. Something to soothe my wounded sewing ego, that would not require that I buy more fabric and I could do while watching TV/ sitting outside with the kids. Thankfully, I remembered my sister-in-law showing me the Cathedral Window quilt. It was perfect. It fits all my requirements with the added bonus that I adore it. Maybe a little too much.
I also adore the super easy to follow tutorial at Hyena in Petticoats.
Little bits of fabric and string probably shouldn't make me this happy.....
